Being a Computer Engineering Graduate and having a management degree from Australian National University (ANU), he understands the challenges and opportunities in the IT industry and is able to lead the company effectively.
He also actively manages the core teams in the organization, keeping them motivated and inspired to work on their strengths and conveying client expectations. His focus is also on innovation and often encourages employees to identify and work on new product ideas.
