Challenges encountered by the company during the Pandemic.
Covid played havoc in the lives of many lives and nearly ruined the job space for half of the population across the globe. With all that being said, companies have struggled to churn out profits, and the attrition rates have been at an all-time high. Overall it was a tough time. However, the company’s leadership held the team together and ensured clients were not let down on any promises. The never-give-up attitude has helped them sail through and also allowed them to pivot. With the Covid-19 phase, they got the chance to revisit the pitch decks, create multiple cost-friendly packages for potential clients who were scaling down marketing efforts and work on upskilling the team that equipped them to offer more comprehensive solutions to the clients.
