Excerpts from an interview with Aman Puri, where he elaborates on his vision of making India protein efficient by 2040, the Sports Capital of the World by 2050, and the factors behind his success.
Steadfast nutrition is a nutrition brand for sports and wellness. It was launched in 2017 to provide authentic supplements to the sports fraternity and fitness enthusiasts. Today, Steadfast stands strong with a pan India presence, with over 150 SKUs to choose- including 11 protein formulations.

Steadfast Nutrition’s parent company, Steadfast MediShield has successfully provided medicines since 2008 for patients with chronic kidney disease and those undergoing dialysis and transplant. In the last decade and a half, Steadfast has closely worked with various doctors and patients and understand the agony a patient and his family undergoes— especially in case of organ failure. A reason for this- particularly among the youth- was an improper diet and improper use of supplements. Aman Puri says that in 2017, 80% of the supplements in the market were either duplicated or adulterated. The sensitivity towards patients led to the launch of Steadfast Nutrition, which makes organ-friendly, steroid-free nutritional supplements.
